Whats Up.

I just put a bunch of pics on the computer and chose my favorites in no particular order. I'm so spontaneous.
Here is little sister, after bath time. She will snuggle and it's the cutest.
Here is a pic of out last trip to the cabin. As you can see, there was not much snow and the driveway was muddy. That machine in the background is my favorite. I guess I should say that this is me and Evelyn.

Derek may not appreciate that I put this pic of him on here, but I mostly wanted to show that I took this picture. Mid flight, yes, I can capture that. Please.
We went to West Yellowstone for a/The Snowmobile Expo. This is how Gwen and I were dressed for the occasion. She rocked. It does NOT get cuter than this. PS-Derek wore this hat when he was a baby, so pretty much this could be a picture of me with my husband in the front pack. If you know me, you'll think that's funny.
Saw this happening when we were leaving the cabin (which you can see on the right), Derek got out to check something and Ev was peeking at him. I wish you could see the mountains through the open window because it was BEAUTIFUL!
Enjoy.

The Hole In Dereks Face (Beware)

Last week Derek was at work and was grinding some metal and the grinder caught on something and kicked back and hit him in the face. He went to Insta-Care and they sent him to the ER to see a plastic surgeon. They took him in to surgery at about 7pm and put him out while they cut away all the mangled skin and sewed him up.

This first picture is of his face while at the hospital. We didn't get a really good picture of it, it just kind of seemed like a bad moment to take a picture, ya know? Anyway, to be fair, it looked much worse than this.
This is of him in his room after his surgery.
He looks much better now, and he's feeling better, too. Just thought I should share this beautiful new future scar.

Snow-Mo-Building

This winter has been so fun for my little family. Evelyn and I have really come to appreciate snowmobiling, or snow-mo-building. Ecstatic... that pretty much sums up how Derek feels about that. Evelyn isn't as good as me yet, but she's getting there. She is always asking daddy if we can go to 'her cabin' and ride 'her snow-mo-building.' We haven't been to the cabin for a couple weeks so Derek took her out to ride in the field by the shop.

Here they are, all ready to go. They are especially excited to be wearing matching BYU hats.
Down by the shop... where the watermelons grow... back to my home... Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

More of The Same

Gwen is 8 months. She is cute.
Sisters. Cute.
