All summer I've been waiting for the grain to turn golden so we could get some family pictures taken by my father-in-law. It kind of snuck up on me, all of a sudden Derek was talking about grain harvest. So a few days ago we crinkled through the field for a few pictures. These are some of my favorites.
Evelyn really enjoyed this photo shoot, and she really liked riding in Ta-ta Reeds truck. 
Love this, she reminds me of some little wildlife creature.
Favorite family picture, even though Evelyns smile isn't the best.
What do you think? Is this pose cheesy? I asked for it, but I can't decide if it's a bit much.

Oh, I also wanted to say that Evelyn's hair looks SO cute!
So not cheesy. It's always been one of my dreams to do wheat family pics as well. sigh. Maybe a year when our grass has actually grown in a bit we can do it in our backyard.

You guys are so stinkin cute. I love ALL the pictures. Evelyn is adorable and I love your haircut. Heather is right, you don't look like you just had a 2nd baby. Way to go.
