Go to bed!

The hallway is just cozier, I guess.

Snow and S'mores

I'm sure you're wondering what kind of pun or play on words or alliteration my title is supposed to mean. Well, it means that we cooked s'mores on December 29th. Here we are just watching grandpa do all the work.

Who is this cutie?

Ahhhh... fire.

Sleddin'

We went up to Island Park to be ready and waiting for the big snow storm that was coming. It never came. Look at these blue skies. We made the best of our clear skies and went sledding. It was the most fun I have had sledding since I've become a mother. Both of my sweet little daughters were just sledding down the hill like it was nobodies business. One day they're babies and you have to be sweet and gentle and the next they're running and jumping onto a sled that's screaming down the sledding hill. It was very new and very entertaining and enjoyable.

All alone on the hill...

All alone on the tube...

"No, we just want to ride by ourselves!"

This might take some getting used to.

Twas The Day AFTER Christmas

The day after Christmas, I woke to the sounds of happy children. Playing. Happily. It was wonderful. Now, you would think that we didn't clean up after Christmas morning by the looks of this picture, but we had. The girls just wanted to play with EVERYTHING and did.

Now, we wouldn't blame Gwen for everything, if she didn't look so guilty.

Busted.

Christmas Day Cousins

These four little ladies had so much fun together on Christmas Day.

My Favorite Christmas Morning Photo

Eating a delicious breakfast of Salt and Vinegar chips and Cheetos.

Christmas Eve

After a fun Christmas Eve Party, we headed home to open "one present". I think I fell for this every year when I was a kid and never remembered that it was jammies. Well, we're doing it too! Here are my tots, all happy and ready to open their jams.

Wait for it...

Ta, da! This is the fourth time that I've posted a picture of our two daughters in front of the tree in their new Christmas jammies, and it never gets old.

Good night!
