Another month has come and gone. I can honestly say that I'm starting to feel sane! Hurray! I'm making dinner and my house is staying clean and we get dressed and hair fixed on most days. The other day I was fixing Evelyns hair and she asked me where we were going. The main thing that has returned is my DESIRE to do all those things. I WANT to fix my girls hair, I WANT to clean out a closet, I WANT to make something yummy for dinner. Anyway, props to me.
Back to the task at hand here, Gwen is 7 months old and doing well. She is a total mommas girl right now and ALWAYS wants to be held. My wrists are killing me by the end of the day! Evelyn helped me so much for these pictures. She moved the heater and clock that are normally by this wall, and brought over both of their chairs to sit in. She is so sweet and such a good helper. Evelyn has also been really into pictures lately, she pretends that she's taking pictures of Gwen and I with her play phone and says, 'cheese'. So she's smiling really good in these pictures.
Here is the favorite 7 mo. old pic. Both girls in their chairs

She Did It!
I know you're all applauding right now because you know what I'm talking about. Evelyn went #2 on the potty last night all by herself! We started almost exactly one month ago. After three accidents (pee) on the carpet she hasn't had a water-pee-pee (as we call it) accident since. The #2 has been a different story. It hasn't been too messy because her underwear, then pull-ups, then diapers (which is what I reverted to since she was pooing in them) has caught everything. Last night after she was in bed she wanted to get out of bed and go potty. I was rolling my eyes like, 'you don't need to go potty, you just want to get out of bed.' I told her to go potty then go to bed. She normally wants me to go in with her, but I just went back to what I was doing and left her alone in the bathroom. A few minutes later she told me she needed help, and when I came into the bathroom I saw heaven in the potty. I'm serious, I wish I had a camera on my face because I probably looked like one of those people who open their door and see the Publishers Clearing House on their front step. She got some serious praise and a 'big treat'. I didn't think I would ever send my child to bed with candy, but we did. I'm so happy. I'm hoping that now I will stop smelling poo everywhere I go. I think my nose smells it so much that it doesn't know what to do when the air is clean, so it tricks my brain.

2 Kids
I love my two kids so much. I totally feel like a crazy mom sometimes, but I just love when they love each other. Today I walked by Gwens room and found Evelyn reading to her little sister. Cutest! This is a follow up to a few previous pictures. This is one of my favorite parts of the day, when I put Ev down for her nap and lay Gweners next to her and sing to them. They both look so happy and it's especially hilarious when Evelyn gets mad when sister is touching her. Oh no! Not that!

New Favorites
Evelyn has been interested in favorites lately. So when we've been reading I've been pointing out my favorite color, easter egg, shoes, etc. The other day we were driving down the road and stopped at a light. I hear her shout from the backseat, "Mommy, that's my favorite." I turn and look and she's pointing to the Flying J Gas Station.
"That Flying J store is your favorite?" I ask.
"Yep" She says very matter-of-factly.
Scary.

House For Rent
Derek and I have a rental house that just became available. It's located in the Osgood area, and Derek and I lived there before we moved into our current house. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a mud room/laundry room, a one car garage, and a large living room area. The Master Bedroom has a walk -in closet, and the Master Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. It also has a large back patio and it's located on a big beautiful lot with trees, a garden, flowers, and a awesome raspberry patch (one of the things that I miss the most). We're asking $600/per month plus a $500 deposit.

(Actual house may vary in size and appearance.)

love Love LOVE
Every time I post on my blog all I want to do is write about how much I love someone or something. I'm always stopping myself from typing, 'I love Love LOVE this/him/her!' Well, now that my blog title is changed, it's just fair warning that I'm not going to be stopping myself. So, without further ado, one of my favorite loves:
My mouth is watering right now, and I'm way bummed because I went grocery shopping today, and therefore, won't be going to the grocery store until next Wednesday and by then I will have convinced myself that I shouldn't buy them.
I could eat these exclusively. And if you know me, you know I am not the exclusive type. I mean, I had to be engaged to be exclusive with Derek(actually once he got home from his mission, I was not interested in anyone else and would have vowed exclusivity). Sounds deep, right? Well, it is. I love Love LOVE these!
